Notes from meeting 11/19

-Bake sale went well- $250 made. (lets get a Wii)

-help out at ‘Specialties’- food and stuff being sold in parish hall after Masses. Once a month after 10:30 mass before meeting-- Mrs B will set up the date etc.

-ad in news times? – Mrs. B will check

-visiting homebound during Christmas time- during meeting time one Sunday- again Mrs. B will check on time and place

-Saturday December 2^nd 1pm replace missals (booklets) in church

-Decorate Church for Christmas 5pm 12/21 & stations of the Cross w/ pizza after

-Kids Christmas party- Saturday December 16 [be in parish hall TO SET UP at 11 am- party runs 1-230]:

-kids bring a gift- put in age group piles

-Santaà Deacon John or Mr. Barlow-Hansen è will give gifts to kids

-I will email the people for more info on the coffee house after the Christmas party- 7:30pm link http://www.1heartonline.org/

-December 10^th- Mass w/ party after??? (Mrs. B will check on date)

-Next meeting- December 3^rd- 1^st Sunday of advent

Also, the evening prayer this past tuesday went well. Thanks to all who made it.
