Notes from Youth Group Meeting 12/9
-Next Sunday- December 16th... We will be attending the Evening Vespers (evening prayer) and Madrigals singing starting at 4 PM in the Church. We will NOT be having Mass- we will attend the vespers instead. Following Vespers and the Madrigals, we will have our Christmas dinner party at Two Steps. For the Grab bag- please bring a gift for someone of your same gender for a value of $15.... we will throw all the gifts into a bag and have each person pull one out.
-Kids Christmas party Next Saturday December 15th.... Please be at the Parish hall at 11:30 AM. The party starts at 1pm and runs until 2:30 PM.

Our discussion today was how we can better prepare for the coming of Christ during Advent. Tim wrote an Acrostic poem
GIVE:
Go to confession, Mass, adoration, and stations of the cross
Intermingle with friends and family
Vespers and prayers are a good thing to do
Evangelize the faith
